Welcome To The After-Bubble:

Marketing Strategy Then and Now

The marketing landscape has changed since the start of spring, and it’s never been harder to plan for the future or implement long-term marketing strategies. The new reality is that end-to-end timeline requirements have sped up and the modern workplace has dramatically altered collaborative project management.

While the environment has changed, the fundamentals of strategy, marketing and brand development have remained consistent.

Come be a part of a roundtable discussion with Fractional CMO/CSO Clay Langdon as he reviews what aspects of marketing have evolved and what tactics have endured. From proposals and implementations to team alignment and new creative development processes, Clay will discuss best practices in the current marketing landscape in an open web forum.

Join us Thursday, September 24th, 4:30-5:30pm for this discussion and Q&A.

Clay Langdon is a brand strategist, creative planner and fractional CMO & CSO.

With an MBA from McCombs, Clay began his career in 1995 as a financial analyst for Viacom Inc., where he focused on Nick Movies development before transitioning into advertising and marketing.

Clay then spent 10 years in New York as a planner and senior planner for MVBMS, Merkley + Partners, and Bartle Bogle Hegarty. He returned to Austin in 2004, where he served as Planning Director at GSD&M. Three years later, he joined McGarrah Jessee as head of strategy.

In addition, Clay has moon-lit for start-ups, design agencies and brand creative shops. He’s also served as a TechStars mentor, Job Propulsion Labs coach, and strategic advisor to Biomimicry Texas.

Clay launched Tuner, a brand development agency in 2018, with an aim to bring strategic focus and innovation to brands needing to move faster. An expert in first-responder consultancy, Clay guides brands through brand strategic and creative decision-making and helps organizations make better use of their time.
