Topics covered will include creating ads, targeting ads, setting up custom audiences, retargeting, the power editor and best practices for getting the best return on your ad spend. Q&A session will be included at the end so participants can ask any questions related to their business.

Kristen’s relationship with The University of Texas facilitates unique areas of research and analysis, using social data to determine the ROI of social media activity. She is also a Social Media Workshop Instructor for General Assembly where she teaches Intro to Facebook Advertising. Her specialties include Social Business Design, Social Media Marketing, Social & Digital Advertising, Search Engine Optimization, Inbound Marketing, Content Marketing, and Search Engine Marketing.

She received a B.A. in Journalism and Broadcast Radio/Television from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa, an M.A. in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin, and Advanced Skill Community Management certification from WOMMA-U.
